 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We got the noche de canela & the cantarito Tierra y Limon for drinks. Both were delicious. Chips were fresh and the queso was creamy and had good flavor.

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. This place is a solid 10/10! What place charges you for a entry then gives you that exact same fee as a drink and food voucher?

You heard me right, you basically go in, enjoy the spectacular fantasy lab, and then eat for free and just pay a tip!

Mind you, this experience is more worth the entry value. So I'm guessing this is a seasonal or temporary promotion, bit it was a lot of fun, the lab itself takes a good 45min to get through it all and enjoy!

Don't forget the separate circular room post leaving the lab, it's near the dining area!

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests, please note:

Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult 
Climbing on installations or structures is prohibited
Food and outside beverages are not permitted • Smoking and vaping are not permitted 
Service animals are permitted; pets and emotional support animals are not allowed
Guests must treat staff and other visitors with respect 
Disruptive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated 
Guests may take photos using personal handheld devices
Professional photography equipment, tripods, and commercial shoots require prior approval
Guests must follow all team member instructions in case of emergency.

Colors of Mexico – Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
All Sales Are Final – No Refunds . All ticket purchases are non-refundable. Once confirmed, refunds will not be issued for illness, travel delays, personal emergencies, or no-shows.
Rescheduling Your Visit . Guests may reschedule their booking to another available date or time at no additional charge if requested at least 1 hour before the original entry time. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
Missed Entry Time.  If you arrive late and miss your scheduled time, entry is not guaranteed. We will make every effort to accommodate you in the next available time slot that day, subject to availability.
Unforeseen Closures.  In the rare event of unexpected closure due to safety or operational reasons, guests will be offered the option to reschedule at no additional cost. No refunds will be issued.

Group & Private Bookings
All group and private bookings follow the same no-refund policy. Changes must be requested prior to the original scheduled time and are subject to availability.
