Job Responsibilities
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
- Deliver orders to guests promptly and ensure satisfaction.
- Provide detailed information about menu items, including ingredients and cooking methods.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions.
- Address customer complaints and escalate issues as necessary.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff for timely service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas.
Essential Skills and Abilities
- Previous serving experience in a fast-paced restaurant or entertainment venue.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to memorize and recall menu items and specials.
- Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
- Knowledge of point-of-sale systems.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
